Corpus Christi City Manager Selects Police Chief

City Manager, Ángel R. Escobar, announced his selection today to fill the Corpus Christi Police Department Police Chief position as Mr. Troy Riggs of Louisville, Kentucky. After the City Manager requests City Council confirmation of his selection, the appointment will be effective October 5, 2009.
