Zespri Gold Kiwi Fruit

Go ahead and take a bite! Smooth skinned, golden and full of vitamins, this kiwi fruit from New Zealand is delicious any way you slice it. Halve it and scoop with a spoon for a quick snack or peel and slice over desserts and salads.

Golden Smoothie

2 Zespri green or gold kiwifruit

1 small banana

1/2 cup orange juice

1/2 cup yogurt

Ice cubes


Peel and slice the kiwifruit into a blender or food processor. Add the banana, orange juice and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Pour over ice cubes in two long glasses.
