Beef and Black Bean Burritos

This tasty 30 minute solution is quick, easy and on the table in no time.




1 (1-3/4 to 2-1/2 lbs. heat-and-serve beef pot roast

3/4 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup prepared chipotle salsa

flour tortillas



Transfer liquid from one package pot roast to medium saucepan.



Cut pot roast crosswise into 4 pieces. Shred with two forks.



Add beef, black beans and chipotle salsa to liquid in pan.



Heat over medium heat until hot stir occasionally.



Place beef mixture in tortillas, add toppings (sour cream, shredded Colby-Jack cheese, chopped cilantro, sliced green onions, etc.) as desired.
